Thanks to the efforts of the State Legislature and the Colorado Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM), round one of the Law Enforcement Public Safety and Criminal Justice Sharing Grant Program(LEPIS) became a reality.
This one-time grant allowed 14 Colorado law enforcement agencies to apply to become new Members of the CISC, with more agencies waiting to apply. The Board of Directors and Member Agencies of the CISC look forward to sharing data with and helping enhance the law enforcement services of these new partners.
